What Work Crew Does (& does not do)

As a Work Crew member, you’re an extension of our staff! You work with our team to provide an excellent camp experience, but you’re not a camp counselor, and you don’t stay in cabins with campers. You stay in hotel-style staff housing, along with our staff.

You’ll have a Team Lead who will make sure you know exactly what you need to do and where you need to be, but there’s a quick overview below.

WHAT WORK CREW DOES ✅

  • Help our team set up and prepare games and activities.

  • Help set up and strike chairs in the Club Room.

  • Work alongside staff to prepare the Dining Hall and provide food service.

  • Work alongside staff to run certain games and activities.

  • Help set up the tailgate experience (grill hot dogs, serve chili, etc)

WHAT WORK CREW DOES NOT DO

  • Stay in cabins with campers as a “camp counselor”.

  • Need to get in the mud (you definitely can though)

  • Host games & activities on mic or on stage.
